Make sure your child wears sneakers and activity appropriate clothing. Cleats and shin guards are NOT necessary for this age and program.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Checks, and Cash.
-
What qualifications do PASS coaches have?
All our coaches are background checked each year by the National Center for Safety Initiatives. Coaches are annually trained and are evaluated by the PASS management staff. Many have club and collegiate experience as well as different licenses.
-
Do you offer refunds or session withdrawals?
If for any reason you withdraw your child from the session PRIOR to the season start date, such a request must be received in writing one (1) week prior to the season start date, in order to receive a refund for the value of the season. Please send your written notification email to info@passdevelopment.org. If for any reason you must withdraw your child from the session AFTER the season start date, the refund policy is as follows: The first two (2) weeks or sessions will be charged regardless of any issue but the remaining sessions/weeks will be refunded fully. After session or week three (3) NO REFUNDS will be issued. Many have club and collegiate experience as well as different licenses.
-
What do I do if my child misses a session and do you offer make-ups?
We understand that a child may miss a session due to illness or a schedule conflict so we offer another session at a different location that same week. If your child isn't able to make it then typically we cannot accommodate the request.
-
If there is severe weather issues how do I know if the session is canceled and is there a make-up session?
The PASS Staff will send out an email no later than hour before the session start time letting you know. We will also update our Facebook page as well. If you want to reach out earlier than that please enail the weather hotline. We will attempt to make up each session canceled due to weather by adding an additional session at the end of the season or choose a different make-up day.
-
How do I get directions to sessions?
Most locations can be located and found by Google maps or similar type of applications. If you have trouble please don't hesitate to contact us by email.
-
Can I have a PASS Development program start a session near me?
Yes, we can start a program in your area open to public or can make it a private group. All we need is a group of 5 children willing to participate and sign up for the program and location. Groups can be formed in anyway whether it be a school class, church group, neighborhood group, synagogue or after school parent group.
